- Your requested travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event that seats sell out, we will offer alternative travel dates within ±2 days of your preferred departure date.

- Nationals of certain countries may require additional checks. In such cases, travel dates can only be requested at least 1 month after the application date. Click here to check if this applies to your nationality.
- Visa processing times by VFS vary by nationality and may take 15–30 working days, or longer in rare cases. Customers are responsible for selecting their travel dates. If visa processing by VFS exceeds the chosen travel dates, the customer may change their travel dates by paying an amendment fee as per the general T&Cs of Holiday Factory. Holiday Factory will assist in adjusting the travel dates upon request.
- The passport must have a minimum validity of six months.
- Unredeemed vouchers can be cancelled for a minimal fee of only AED 250 per voucher.
- The Visa Rejection Shield can be purchased for an additional fee starting from AED 1200* per person, providing protection in the event your visa application is rejected by the embassy. In such cases, your booking amount—excluding the shield fee—will be refunded as a credit voucher valid for 12 months, upon submission of official proof of rejection.
