Terms & Conditions

  1. Travel anytime until 31.10.2026.
  2. Public holidays, peak seasons, and black out dates are excluded. This includes Eid holidays, UAE National Day, Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day & School breaks.
  3. Departures during High Season 25.06.2026 till 25.08.2026 of AED 700 per person.
  4. Infant Fee: AED 600.
  5. Your requested travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event that seats sell out, we will offer alternative travel dates within ±2 days of your preferred departure date.
  6.  Submit your travel dates at least 5 days before your intended departure.
    For example, if you submit your dates on September 1, the earliest possible travel date will be September.
  7. Schengen Visa appointments at VFS Global within weeks by Holiday Factory. To Learn more, Click here.
  8. VFS Processing fee is included in the package
  9. Visa cost is not included in the package and must be paid directly at the embassy at the time of the appointment.
  10. Unredeemed vouchers can be cancelled for a minimal fee of only AED 250 per voucher.
